AR13,1,1 Relating to: creating an assembly special committee on controlled substances.

This resolution creates an assembly special committee on controlled substances.

Unless the committee completes its objective at an earlier date, the special committee on controlled substances will function until December 31, 1996.

AR13,1,2 Resolved by the assembly, That:

AR13, s. 1 Section 1. Controlled substances, special committee on. Upon the adoption of this resolution, the speaker shall appoint an assembly special committee, to be known as the "special committee on controlled substances". The members of the special committee shall be the same as the assembly members of the law revision committee of the joint legislative council.

AR13, s. 2 Section 2. Completion of objective. The special committee on controlled substances may function until December 31, 1996, but shall cease to exist at an earlier date either upon acceptance by the assembly of the special committee's final report, or upon completion of the special objective for which the committee was established.
