AR25, s. 1
Section
1. Special order scheduled. The following proposal shall be a
3special order of business on Monday, June 19, 1995, at the time shown:
AR25,1,5
(1) At 12:01 p.m., 1995 Assembly Bill 150,
relating to: state finances and
4appropriations, constituting the executive budget act of the 1995
5legislature, and making appropriations.

Section
2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of
business established in
Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in
that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.

Section
3. Consideration of amendments. Consideration of any
amendments and motions that may be made shall continue until the bill is ordered
engrossed and read a third time, which question shall be put no later than 1 p.m. on
Thursday, June 22, 1995, and if any amendments or motions are then pending they
shall be decided without debate. The question of final passage shall be put no later
than 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 1995, and if any amendments or motions are then
pending they are adversely disposed of.

Section
4. Limit on debate on passage. When the bill is before the assembly
for passage, debate shall not exceed one hour for the proponents and one hour for the
opponents, including all incidental and subsidiary motions. If a motion to reconsider
is entered, debate on that motion shall not exceed 20 minutes.
