AR28,1,2 Relating to: creating an assembly special committee on a Milwaukee baseball stadium.

This resolution creates an assembly special committee, known as the select committee on a Milwaukee baseball stadium.

Unless the committee completes its objective at an earlier date, the committee will function until December 31,1996.

AR28,1,3 Resolved by the assembly, That:

AR28, s. 1 Section 1. Milwaukee baseball stadium, special committee on. Upon the adoption of this resolution, the speaker shall appoint an assembly special committee, to be known as the "select committee on a Milwaukee baseball stadium". The committee shall study all aspects of the need for a new baseball stadium in Milwaukee.

AR28, s. 2 Section 2. Completion of objective. The select committee on a Milwaukee baseball stadium may function until December 31, 1996, but shall cease to exist at an earlier date either upon acceptance by the assembly of the committee's final report, or upon completion of the special objective for which the committee was established.
