AR7,1,3 Resolved by the assembly, That:

AR7, s. 1 Section 1. Assembly rule 39 (1) is amended to read:

AR7,1,8 Assembly Rule 39 (1) Except as otherwise provided in joint rule 83 (2), any member or standing committee may offer proposals for introduction in the assembly on any day of the biennial legislative session, except that a member or a standing committee may not offer a proposal creating a state symbol.
