SB398,1,2 1An Act to renumber and amend 120.12 (20); and to create 120.12 (20) (b) of
2the statutes; relating to: the use of tobacco products on school premises.

Current law directs school boards to prohibit the use of all tobacco products on
premises owned or rented by, or under the control of, a school board, except that a
school board may allow the use of tobacco products on premises owned by the school
district and rented to another person for noneducational purposes.
This bill requires a school board to allow any person involved in the
construction or repair of facilities located on premises described above to use tobacco
products.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
SB398, s. 1 3Section 1. 120.12 (20) of the statutes is renumbered 120.12 (20) (intro.) and
4amended to read:
