AJR1,1,1 Relating to: the final adjournment of the April 1998 special session.

AJR1,1,2 Resolved by the assembly, the senate concurring, That:

AJR1, s. 1 Section 1. Adjournment. Except for the consideration of executive vetoes or partial vetoes, the adoption of and concurrence in this joint resolution by both houses and a motion to adjourn pursuant to this joint resolution adopted in each house shall constitute the final adjournment of the April 1998 special session of the legislature.

AJR1, s. 2 Section 2. Bills to governor. Notwithstanding 1997 Senate Joint Resolution 1, section 1 (2) (u), no later than July 2, 1998, the chief clerk of each house shall submit to the governor for executive action any enrolled bill originating in the chief clerk's house during the special session.

AJR1, s. 3 Section 3. Veto review. The April 1998 special session shall reconvene upon a call of a majority of the members of the joint committee on legislative organization solely for the consideration of executive vetoes or partial vetoes.
