AB24,1,3 1An Act to create 70.11 (32m) of the statutes; relating to: creating a property
2tax exemption for snowmobile trail grooming equipment owned by nonprofit

This bill creates a property tax exemption for snowmobile trail grooming
equipment that is used on state trails and that is owned by a nonprofit snowmobile
club.
This bill will be referred to the joint survey committee on tax exemptions for a
detailed analysis, which will be printed as an appendix to this bill.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB24, s. 1 4Section 1. 70.11 (32m) of the statutes is created to read:
AB24,1,75 70.11 (32m) Snowmobile trail groomers. Snowmobile trail grooming
6equipment that is used on state trails and that is owned by a nonprofit snowmobile
7club.

1Section 2. Effective date.
AB24,2,22 (1) This act takes effect on the January 1 after publication.
