1An Act to amend 250.10 of the statutes;
relating to: the provision of dental
2services by the Marquette University School of Dentistry.

Under current law, the department of health and family services (DHFS)
provides funding for the Marquette University School of Dentistry to provide dental
services in correctional centers in Milwaukee County and in clinics in the city of
Milwaukee. This bill requires DHFS to also provide funding for the Marquette
University School of Dentistry to provide dental services in Waushara and Monroe
counties.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

5250.10 Grant for dental services. From the appropriation under s. 20.435
6(5) (de), the department shall provide funding in each fiscal year to the Marquette
