personal property that is confiscated due to violations of fish and game laws and that
is not destroyed by DNR as authorized by law. This bill authorizes DNR to distribute
for free carcasses from fish or game seized or confiscated due to violations of the fish
and game laws to programs that provide food to low-income persons or the elderly.
