1. Proposals revived. Notwithstanding joint rules 81 and 83 (4) (a),
4senate rule 93 and assembly rule 93, all of the following proposals are revived for
5further consideration in the April 1998 extraordinary session, which consideration
6shall begin at the stage that the proposals had reached immediately before
7adjournment on March 26, 1998, and, notwithstanding joint rule 81 (2), is business
8that may be considered at that session:
