Under current law, no person under the age of 18 may play any bingo game
conducted by an organization that is licensed by the gaming board unless the person
is accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or spouse. This bill expands this list
by providing that no person under the age of 18 may play any bingo game conducted
by an organization that is licensed by the gaming board unless the person is
accompanied by his or her grandparent.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
SB129, s. 1 3Section 1. 563.51 (13) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB129,1,54 563.51 (13) (a) Play any bingo game conducted by a licensed organization,
5unless accompanied by that person's grandparent, parent, guardian or spouse.
