This bill requests the joint legislative council to study shared revenue.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

SB307, s. 1 Section 1. Nonstatutory provisions; legislature.

SB307,1,7 (1) Shared revenue study. The joint legislative council is requested to study shared revenue. On or before January 15, 1999, the joint legislative council shall submit its findings, conclusions and recommendations to the legislature in the manner provided under section 13.172 (2) of the statutes.
