SJR18,1,32 Whereas, the state of Wisconsin has created laws to protect the rights, property,
3safety and well-being of each of its citizens; and
SJR18,1,54 Whereas, the enforcement of these laws is entrusted to officers of the law who
5have chosen to dedicate their lives to serving and protecting their fellow citizens; and
SJR18,1,76 Whereas, each day these officers put their lives on the line to uphold their duty
7to serve and protect their communities; and
SJR18,1,108 Whereas, these individuals deserve our appreciation and respect for the
9protection they provide and for their dedication, integrity and participation within
10our communities; and
SJR18,1,1211 Whereas, blue symbolizes law enforcement and white symbolizes the prayers
12of the citizenry to keep these officers safe from harm; now, therefore, be it
