SJR3,1,32 Whereas, gardening is an illustration of respect and care for our environment
3and natural resources; and
SJR3,1,54 Whereas, the gardeners and growers of the state of Wisconsin produce fruits
5and vegetables that provide nutritional sustenance for our citizens; and
SJR3,1,76 Whereas, these gardeners work diligently to beautify our communities by the
7propagation of trees, flowers and ornamentals; and
SJR3,1,98 Whereas, our gardeners help to preserve our American traditions in an
9expression of independence, creativity and initiative; now, therefore, be it
SJR3,1,12 10Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That the members of the
11legislature of the state of Wisconsin proclaim the first week in June of each year as
12"National Garden Week in Wisconsin".
