AB560,1,2 1An Act to create 23.36 of the statutes; relating to: prohibiting nudity on certain
2land and providing a penalty.

This bill prohibits a person from intentionally being nude in public on land that
is owned, managed, supervised or controlled by the department of natural resources.
Under the bill, a person who violates the prohibition is subject to a $100 forfeiture.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB560, s. 1 3Section 1. 23.36 of the statutes is created to read:
AB560,1,4 423.36 Nudity prohibited. (1) In this section:
AB560,1,65 (a) "In public" means in a place where a person does not have a reasonable
6expectation of privacy.

1(b) "Nude" means not wearing a fully opaque covering over the genitals, pubic
2area or buttocks or not wearing a fully opaque covering over the female breast below
3the top of the nipple.
AB560,2,5 4(2) No person may intentionally be nude in public on land that is owned,
5managed, supervised or controlled by the department.
AB560,2,6 6(3) A person who violates sub. (2) shall forfeit not more than $100.
