3(1) (e) of the statutes; relating to: discontinuing the occupational tax on owners
4of domestic mink.

This bill discontinues the occupational tax on owners of domestic mink. The
proceeds of the tax are now used for research on the breeding and raising of domestic
mink.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
SB229, s. 1 5Section 1. 20.115 (2) (i) of the statutes is repealed.
SB229, s. 2 6Section 2. 70.425 of the statutes is repealed.

4taxes under ch. 77 shall be settled for under s. 74.25 (1) (a) 1. to 8.
