2intoxicating liquor wholesalers.

Current law prohibits the premises of a licensed intoxicating liquor wholesaler
to be open for the sale of liquor between the hours of 5 p.m. and 8 a.m., except on
Saturday the premises may remain open until 9 p.m.
This bill allows these premises to be open for sales until 9 p.m. daily.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
SB8, s. 1 3Section 1. 125.68 (4) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB8,1,74 125.68 (4) (a) Wholesalers. No premises for which a wholesale intoxicating
5liquor permit has been issued may remain open for the sale of intoxicating liquor
6between the hours of 5 9 p.m. and 8 a.m., except on Saturday the premises may
7remain open until 9 p.m.
