SJR42,1,2 Relating to: the final adjournment of extended floorperiods and extraordinary sessions.

SJR42,1,3 Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That:

SJR42, s. 1 Section 1. Adjournment. Except for the consideration of executive vetoes or partial vetoes, the adoption of and concurrence in this joint resolution by both houses and a motion to adjourn pursuant to this joint resolution adopted in each house shall constitute the final adjournment of all extended floorperiods and extraordinary sessions of the legislature.

SJR42, s. 2 Section 2. Veto review. The extended floorperiods and extraordinary sessions shall reconvene upon a call of a majority of the members of the joint committee on legislative organization solely for the consideration of executive vetoes or partial vetoes.
