AB558,1,3 An Act to amend 36.07 (title); and to create 36.07 (7) of the statutes; relating to: requiring the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System to vote by roll call.

This bill requires the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System to vote on all matters by roll call.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB558, s. 1 Section 1. 36.07 (title) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB558,1,6 36.07 (title) Corporate title, officers, meetings, records, and roll call votes.

AB558, s. 2 Section 2. 36.07 (7) of the statutes is created to read:

AB558,1,8 36.07 (7) Roll call votes. The board shall vote on all matters by roll call.
