AR23,1,2 Resolved by the assembly, That:

AR23, s. 1 Section 1. Special orders scheduled. The following proposals shall be special orders of business on Wednesday, June 25, 2003, at the times shown:

AR23,1,4 (1) At 8:01 a.m., 2003 Assembly Bill 204, relating to: captial expenditures by technical college district boards for applied technology centers.

AR23,1,6 (2) At 8.02 a.m., 2003 Assembly Bill 388, relating to: designating and marking the bridge on STH 13 across the south fork of the Flambeau River in the town of Fifield in Price County as Freedoms Bridge.

AR23,1,8 (3) At 8:03 a.m., 2003 Assembly Bill 413, relating to: single sales factor apportionment of income for corporate income tax and franchise tax purposes and granting rule-making authority.

AR23,1,11 (4) At 8.04 a.m., 2003 Senate Bill 77, relating to: promissory notes issued by the city of Milwaukee to pay for unfunded prior service liability contributions of the Milwaukee Public Schools under the Wisconsin Retirement System.

AR23,2,4 (8) At 8:08, 2003 Senate Bill 206, relating to: changes to levy limits related to towns, certain cities or villages, and 1st class cities.

AR23, s. 2 Section 2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special orders of business established in Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the times shown in that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
