1An Act to create 36.09 (2) (c) and 36.09 (3) (c) of the statutes;
relating to:
2requiring the president and chancellors of the University of Wisconsin System
3to obtain Ethics Board approval before accepting corporate board
4compensation.

This bill requires the president and chancellors (including deans of the
two-year college campuses) of the University of Wisconsin System to obtain the
approval of the Ethics Board before accepting compensation for serving on a
corporation's board of directors.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
