SB563,1,5 An Act relating to: repealing, consolidating, renumbering, amending, and revising various provisions of the statutes for the purpose of correcting errors, supplying omissions, correcting and clarifying references, eliminating defects, anachronisms, conflicts, ambiguities, and obsolete provisions, reconciling conflicts, and repelling unintended repeals (Revisor's Correction Bill).

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

SB563, s. 1 Section 1. 23.0917 (5m) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB563,1,10 23.0917 (5m) (a) Beginning in fiscal year 1999-2000, the department, subject to the approval of the governor and the joint committee on finance under sub. (6), may obligate under the subprogram for land acquisition any amount not in excess of the total bonding authority for that subprogram for the acquisition of land.

Note: Section 23.0917 (6) was repealed by 2003 Wis. Act 33.

SB563, s. 2 Section 2. 79.04 (7) (b) 1. of the statutes, as created by 2003 Wisconsin Act 31, is renumbered 79.04 (7) (b).

Note: Section 79.04 (7) (b) does not contain other subdivisions. The creation of s. 79.04 (7) (b) 2. was removed from 2003 Wis. Act 31 by the governor's partial veto.

SB563, s. 3 Section 3. 106.13 (1) of the statutes, as affected by 2003 Wisconsin Act 33, is amended to read:

SB563,2,6 106.13 (1) The department board shall provide a youth apprenticeship program that includes the grant programs under subs. (3m) and (4).

Note: 2003 Wis. Act 33, section 1868d, changed "board" to "department." In Act 33, sections 1862d, 1863d, 1865d, 1866d,1869d, 1870d, 1871, 1872, 1873, 1874, 1875, 1876, and 1878 the governor vetoed the repeal of the definition of the governor's work-based learning board and all changes of "board" to "department" in ss. 106.12 and 106.13 relating to the governor's work-based learning board, for the purpose of maintaining the governor's work-based learning board as the administrator of the youth apprenticeship program, but the change of "board" to "department" in section 1868d was inadvertently retained.

SB563, s. 4 Section 4. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB563,2,10 (1) Reconciliation Provision. The treatment of section 23.0917 (5m) (a) of the statutes by this act is void if the partial veto of 2003 Wisconsin Act 33, section 802m, is overridden.

SB563,2,13 (2) Reconciliation Provision. The treatment of section 79.04 (7) (b) 1. of the statutes by this act is void if the partial veto of 2003 Wisconsin Act 31, section 22, with respect to section 79.04 (7) (b) 2. of the statutes, is overridden.

SB563,2,17 (3) Reconciliation Provision. The treatment of section 106.13 (1) of the statutes by this act is void if the partial veto of 2003 Wisconsin Act 33, sections 1862d, 1863d, 1865d, 1866d, 1869d, 1870d, 1871, 1872, 1873, 1874, 1875, 1876, and 1878 is overridden.
