Whereas, Tyson Foods has not negotiated in good faith with its employees and
3refuses to return to the bargaining table, resulting in the loss of wages for Wisconsin
4workers and their families; now, therefore, be it

5Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That: the Wisconsin
6legislature urges the state not to procure products from Tyson Foods until the strike
7is resolved; and, be it further

8Resolved, That the senate chief clerk shall provide a copy of this resolution to
9the governor, the secretary of administration, and UFCW Local 538 President Mike
10Rice.
