SJR57,1,42 Whereas, 1st Lieutenant Jeremy Lee Wolfe was born on August 16, 1976, in
3Menomonie, Wisconsin, and died on November 15, 2003, while transporting soldiers
4in a helicopter from Tall Afar to Mosul, Iraq; and
SJR57,1,65 Whereas, 1st Lieutenant Wolfe served with distinction and honor as a platoon
6leader in Alpha Company, 4-101st Aviation Regiment in Tall Afar, Iraq; and
SJR57,1,87 Whereas, 1st Lieutenant Wolfe was a loving husband to Christine and a
8devoted son to David (Butch) Wolfe and Jane Utpadel; and
SJR57,1,129 Whereas, 1st Lieutenant Wolfe accumulated an impressive list of
10accomplishments and awards throughout his service in the 25th Infantry Division
11at the Schofield Barracks in Hawaii, including the Ranger Tab and Air Assault
12Badge; and
SJR57,1,1413 Whereas, 1st Lieutenant Wolfe was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and the
14Purple Heart after making the ultimate sacrifice for his country; and

1Whereas, 1st Lieutenant Wolfe will always be remembered for his bravery,
2courage, and love of family and friends; now, therefore, be it
SJR57,2,6 3Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That the members of the
4Wisconsin legislature hereby commend the life of 1st Lieutenant Jeremy Lee Wolfe,
5express their sorrow in his death, and extend their condolences to his family and
6friends; and, be it further
SJR57,2,9 7Resolved, That the senate chief clerk shall provide copies of this joint
8resolution to 1st Lieutenant Jeremy Lee Wolfe's wife, Christine Tadeo, of Honolulu,
9Hawaii, and to his father and mother.
