This bill creates a sales tax and use tax exemption for the sale of personal
property and taxable services sold by a home exchange service that is owned by the
Department of Veterans Affairs.
This bill will be referred to the Joint Survey Committee on Tax Exemptions for

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB162,1,75 77.54 (48) The gross receipts from the sale of and the storage, use, or other
6consumption of tangible personal property and taxable services sold by a home
7exchange service that is owned by the department of veterans affairs.

1Section 2. Effective date.
AB162,2,32 (1) This act takes effect on first day of the 2nd month beginning after
3publication.
