16human diploid cells. "Human embryo" includes a zygote but does not include a
17human organism at or beyond the stage of development at which the major body
18structures are present.
AB207,15,2019 (b) "In vitro human embryo" means a human embryo, whether cryopreserved
20or not, living outside of a woman's body.
AB207,15,2421 (c) "Participate in" means to perform; practice; engage in; assist in; recommend;
22counsel in favor of; make referrals for; prescribe, dispense, or administer drugs or
23devices, other than contraceptive articles, as defined in s. 450.155 (1) (a), for; or
24otherwise promote or encourage.

1(2) A person licensed as a pharmacist under this chapter is immune from
2liability for any damage caused by his or her refusal to participate in any of the
3following, if the refusal is based on religious or moral precepts:
