This bill requires all circuit courts to use the circuit court automated
information systems developed by the director of state courts.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do

1. 59.40 (5) of the statutes is created to read:

(5) Clerk of circuit court; circuit court automated information
5systems. The clerk of the circuit court shall use the circuit court automated
6information systems developed by the director of state courts under s. 758.19 (4).
