AB605,1,2 1An Act to renumber 450.09 (2); and to create 450.09 (2) (b) of the statutes;
2relating to: pharmacists.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, no pharmaceutical service may be provided to any person
unless a pharmacist is present in the pharmacy to provide or supervise the service.
This bill requires a pharmacy to have, during all business hours, at least one
pharmacist present in the pharmacy who will administer, dispense, deliver, or
distribute all contraceptive articles approved by the federal Food and Drug
Administration.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB605, s. 1 3Section 1. 450.09 (2) of the statutes is renumbered 450.09 (2) (a).
AB605, s. 2 4Section 2. 450.09 (2) (b) of the statutes is created to read:
AB605,2,25 450.09 (2) (b) Every pharmacy shall have, during all business hours, at least
