1An Act to create 16.979 (2) (g) of the statutes;
relating to: publication of a state

This bill directs the Department of Administration (DOA) to annually publish
and distribute without charge to state officers and employees who are assigned to
work stations equipped with telephones a directory containing a complete list of
telephone and facsimile transmission numbers for each state agency and authority
and functional subunit thereof, including the University of Wisconsin System
administration but not including any institution within the system, together with
the telephone and facsimile transmission number of each officer and employee of
each listed subunit who is assigned to a work station in the Madison or Milwaukee
area that is equipped with a telephone, and such other useful information as DOA
considers appropriate.
Currently, there is no such requirement.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
