1An Act to repeal 20.435 (4) (c); and
to create 20.435 (4) (c) of the statutes;
2relating to: payments to certain nursing homes and making an appropriation.

This bill creates an appropriation of general purpose revenues from which the
Department of Health and Family Services must pay moneys, in fiscal year 2005-06,
to certain nursing homes in certain amounts, as specified in the bill.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

Nursing home payments. From the appropriation under section 20.435 (4)
8(c) of the statutes, as created by this act, the department of health and family services
9shall in state fiscal year 2005-06 pay a total of $202,600 to the following nursing
10homes in the following amounts:

Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication,
