AJR46,1,63 Whereas, on May 23, 2005, Private First Class Kyle M. Hemauer, of Manassas,
4Virginia, a member of the Virginia Army National Guard's 3rd Battalion, 116th
5Infantry Regiment, 29th Infantry Division, died while serving his country in Zabul,
6Afghanistan; and
AJR46,1,87 Whereas, Private First Class Hemauer provided faithful and honorable service
8to the people of the United States; and
AJR46,1,109 Whereas, Private First Class Hemauer was posthumously awarded the rank of
10Specialist; and
AJR46,1,1211 Whereas, the people of Wisconsin mourn the death of Private First Class
12Hemauer, a native of Chilton, Wisconsin; and
AJR46,1,1413 Whereas, Private First Class Hemauer is survived by his parents, Andrew and
14Anne Hemauer of Chilton and brothers, Brad and Lucas Hemauer; and

1Whereas, Private First Class Hemauer was laid to rest on Thursday, June 2,
22005, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Chilton; now, therefore, be it
AJR46,2,6 3Resolved by the assembly, the senate concurring, That the legislature of
4the state of Wisconsin commemorates the remarkable life of Private First Class Kyle
5M. Hemauer and extends its deepest sympathies to his family, friends, and
6colleagues; and, be it further
AJR46,2,9 7Resolved, That the assembly chief clerk shall transmit a copy of this joint
8resolution to his parents, Andrew and Anne Hemauer of Chilton and his brothers,
9Brad and Lucas Hemauer.
