This resolution prohibits attendance at any conference or other meeting of the
American Legislative Exchange Council or any other organization that is primarily
funded from funds from special interests if reimbursement of travel expenses for
representatives to the assembly is not authorized for attendance at national
conferences that are primarily funded from public funds.

5authorized for attendance at national conferences that are primarily funded from
6public funds, no representative may attend any conference or other meeting of the
7American Legislative Exchange Council or any other organization that is primarily
8funded from funds from special interests.
