Assembly,
relating to: a harbor assistance grant for the construction of a
4dockwall in the city of Marinette.

(2) At 9:02 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 764,
relating to: awards to persons
5suffering damages as the result of medical malpractice and evidence of
6compensation for those damages.

(3) At 9:03 a.m., 2005 Assembly Bill 765,
relating to: coverage under the
7injured patients and families compensation fund of medical school
8graduates engaged in postgraduate training.

2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of
