This assembly resolution provides that no member of the assembly may accept,
after May 4, 2006, and before January 1, 2007, a personal financial contribution
made by a lobbyist, to the member's personal campaign committee.

5or through an agent acting on a member's behalf, may accept after May 4, 2006, and
6before January 1, 2007, a personal financial contribution made by a lobbyist, as
7defined in section 13.62 (11) of the statutes, to the member's personal campaign
