relating to: motor vehicle fuel pricing.

This bill prohibits advertising or selling gasoline or diesel fuel at retail if the
price includes a fraction of a cent.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

1. 100.55 of the statutes is created to read:

3100.55 Motor vehicle fuel; pricing.
(1) In this section, "motor vehicle fuel"
4has the meaning given in s. 78.005 (13).

5(2) No person may advertise for retail sale, or sell at retail, motor vehicle fuel
6if the price of the motor vehicle fuel includes a fraction of a cent.
