1An Act to amend 15.445 (4) (a) 6.; and
to create 15.445 (4) (am) of the statutes;
2relating to: membership of the State Fair Park Board.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, the secretary of agriculture, trade and consumer protection
and the secretary of tourism are members of the State Fair Park Board. The bill
allows the each secretary to instead have a designee serve on the State Fair Park
Board. The designee must be an employee of the department of which the secretary
is head.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
