Under current law, a person's vehicle may be seized and forfeited if the person
used the vehicle in the commission of certain crimes. This bill allows a person's
vehicle to be seized and forfeited if the person used the vehicle to transport a corpse
with the intent to conceal a crime or avoid apprehension, prosecution, or conviction
for a crime.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB923,1,64 973.075 (1) (b) 1m. h. To transport a corpse with the intent to conceal a crime
5or avoid apprehension, prosecution, or conviction for a crime, or in the commission
6of a crime under s. 940.11 (1) or (2).
