AB650,1,3 1An Act to repeal 563.51 (13) (intro.) (except 563.51 (13) (title)); and to amend
2563.51 (13) (a) and 563.51 (13) (b) of the statutes; relating to: person under age
318 playing bingo.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, a person under age 18 (minor) may not play bingo unless
accompanied by his or her parent, guardian, or spouse. This bill provides that a
minor may play bingo as long as an adult relative of the minor or the minor's
guardian is present in the building or on the premises where bingo is played while
the minor plays bingo.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB650, s. 1 4Section 1. 563.51 (13) (intro.) (except 563.51 (13) (title)) of the statutes is

AB650, s. 2 6Section 2. 563.51 (13) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
