AB801,1,2 An Act to create 77.54 (30) (a) 8. of the statutes; relating to: a sales and use tax exemption for electricity used to make snow.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB801, s. 1 Section 1. 77.54 (30) (a) 8. of the statutes is created to read:

AB801,1,4 77.54 (30) (a) 8. Electricity sold for use in making snow.

AB801, s. 2 Section 2. Effective date.

AB801,2,2 (1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 3rd month beginning after publication.
