AR18,1,2 Relating to: requiring the Committee on Rules to offer a resolution calling for special orders of business on certain proposals.

AR18,1,5 Resolved by the assembly, That: the Committee of Rules shall offer an assembly resolution making all of the following proposals special orders of business on April 13, 2010:

AR18,1,9 2009 Assembly Bill 167, relating to: the inapplicability of the prevailing wage law to projects in which the construction is contracted for by a private owner or developer and the completed projected is acquired by a local governmental unit or state agency.

AR18,1,11 2009 Assembly Bill 184, relating to: increasing expense deductions for income and franchise tax purposes.

AR18,1,15 2009 Assembly Bill 476, relating to: requiring the Department of Commerce to study and report on methods to retain businesses at risk of relocating or expanding outside the state and to encourage business relocations and expansions in the state and to create an emergency response team.

AR18,2,1 2009 Assembly Bill 477, relating to: the effective date of the jobs tax credit.

AR18,2,4 2009 Assembly Bill 540, relating to: allowing out-of-state insurers to offer health care plans that are exempt from certain laws to employers and individuals in this state.

AR18,2,6 2009 Assembly Bill 749, relating to: an income and franchise tax credit for equipment used to harvest or process woody biomass.

AR18,2,8 2009 Assembly Bill 754, relating to: an income and franchise tax credit for lumber manufacturing facility investments and making an appropriation.

AR18,2,10 2009 Assembly Bill 756, relating to: the dairy and livestock investment tax credits.

AR18,2,13 2009 Assembly Bill 757, relating to: a food processing plant and food warehouse investment tax credit, requiring the exercise of rule-making authority, and making an appropriation.
