5Resolved by the assembly, That pursuant to section 165.25 (1m) of the
6Wisconsin statutes, the assembly authorizes the attorney general to file or join a
7lawsuit on behalf of the state or the people of this state challenging the
8constitutionality of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, or any
9part thereof, and the federal Health Care and Education Affordability Reconciliation
10Act of 2010, or any part thereof, or to file or join a brief or briefs as amicus curiae in
11such a lawsuit.
