1. Special order scheduled.
The following proposal shall be a
4special order of business on Wednesday, January 28, 2009, at the time shown:

(1) At 10:01 a.m., 2009 Assembly Bill 5, or 2009 Senate Bill 15, if it is in the
Assembly,
relating to: payment of Wisconsin supplemental and extended
5unemployment insurance benefits in this state.

Section
2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of
business established in
Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in
that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
