This bill increases funding for the Wisconsin School Day Milk Program by
$68,600 in the 2012-13 fiscal year.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation
4to the department of public instruction under section 20.255 (2) (cp) of the statutes,
5as affected by the acts of 2011, the dollar amount is increased by $68,600 for the
6second fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect to
7increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
