AR12,1,2 Relating to: establishing special orders of business for Thursday, September 22, 2011.

AR12,1,3 Resolved by the assembly, That:

AR12, s. 1 Section 1. Special order scheduled. Notwithstanding the requirement under assembly rule 33 that only the committee on rules may offer a resolution making a proposal a special order of business, the following proposals shall be special orders of business on Thursday, September 22, 2011, at the times shown:

AR12,1,8 (1) At 10:01 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 20, relating to: allowing refunds for the early stage seed and angel investment tax credits and making an appropriation.

AR12,1,9 (2) At 10:02 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 25, relating to: increasing the credit amount and allowing the transfer of the angel investment tax credit.

AR12,1,10 (3) At 10:03 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 17, relating to: tax benefits for hiring new employees and granting rule-making authority.

(4) At 10:04 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 16, relating to: the jobs tax credit.

AR12,1,12 (5) At 10:05 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 9, relating to: marketing assistance program for Wisconsin Tier II and Tier III manufacturers and making an appropriation.

AR12,2,2 (6) At 10:06 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 10, relating to: requiring the Department of Commerce to organize trade and marketing forums for Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III manufacturers and making an appropriation.

AR12,2,5 (7) At 10:07 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 21, relating to: state procurement of products and services from businesses located in this state and setting a goal for local government to purchase a certain percentage of products and services from businesses located in this state.

AR12,2,6 (8) At 10:08 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 22, relating to: the purchase of food by the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin-System.

AR12,2,11 (9) At 10:09 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 191, or 2011 Senate Bill 122, if it is in the Assembly, relating to: the Wisconsin Small Company Advancement program, requiring the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation to issue bonds and notes to raise capital for investment by venture capital funds in Wisconsin businesses, allowing refunds for the early stage seed and angel investment tax credits, authorizing positions for the University of Wisconsin, and making appropriations.

AR12,2,14 (10) At 10:10 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 90, relating to: entrepreneurial tax credit access grants, providing an exemption from emergency rule procedures, granting rule-making authority, and making an appropriation.

AR12, s. 2 Section 2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of business established in Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
