AR12, s. 1 Section 1. Special order scheduled. Notwithstanding the requirement
4under assembly rule 33 that only the committee on rules may offer a resolution
5making a proposal a special order of business, the following proposals shall be special
6orders of business on Thursday, September 22, 2011, at the times shown:
AR12,1,8 (1) At 10:01 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 20, relating to: allowing refunds for the
7early stage seed and angel investment tax credits and making an
8appropriation.
AR12,1,9 (2) At 10:02 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 25, relating to: increasing the credit
9amount and allowing the transfer of the angel investment tax credit.
AR12,1,10 (3) At 10:03 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 17, relating to: tax benefits for hiring
10new employees and granting rule-making authority.
(4) At 10:04 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 16, relating to: the jobs tax credit.

11program for Wisconsin Tier II and Tier III manufacturers and making an

3products and services from businesses located in this state and setting a
4goal for local government to purchase a certain percentage of products and

6the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin-System.

the Assembly, relating to: the Wisconsin Small Company Advancement
7program, requiring the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation to
8issue bonds and notes to raise capital for investment by venture capital
9funds in Wisconsin businesses, allowing refunds for the early stage seed
10and angel investment tax credits, authorizing positions for the University
11of Wisconsin, and making appropriations.
AR12,2,14 (10) At 10:10 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 90, relating to: entrepreneurial tax
12credit access grants, providing an exemption from emergency rule
13procedures, granting rule-making authority, and making an
14appropriation.
AR12, s. 2 Section 2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of
business established in Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in
that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
