1. Special order scheduled.
The following proposal shall be a
3special order of business on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at the time shown:

(1) At 11:01 a.m., 2011 Assembly Bill 41, or 2011 Senate Bill 23, if it is in the
Assembly,
relating to: preemption of city, village, town, or county
4ordinances requiring employers to provide employees with leave from
5employment to deal with family, medical, or health issues.

Section
2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of
business established in
Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in
that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
