AR7,1,42 Whereas, over 100,000 school-age children in Wisconsin are living with a
3mental illness that significantly impacts their functioning at home, at school, and in
4the community; and
AR7,1,65 Whereas, children and adolescents living with mental illness can recover and
6lead full, productive lives with comprehensive, coordinated treatment; and
AR7,1,87 Whereas, every community across our state has a responsibility to support
8children living with mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders; now, therefore, be it
AR7,1,10 9Resolved by the assembly, That the Wisconsin assembly hereby proclaims
10May 1 to 7, 2011, as Children's Mental Health Week.
