Whereas, over 100,000 school-age children in Wisconsin are living with a
3mental illness that significantly impacts their functioning at home, at school, and in

Whereas, children and adolescents living with mental illness can recover and
6lead full, productive lives with comprehensive, coordinated treatment; and

Whereas, every community across our state has a responsibility to support
8children living with mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders; now, therefore, be it
