Whereas, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Kellner have been honored by receiving the
4Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service presented by the Smithsonian Institution;

Whereas, Mary and Ted Kellner have devoted their lives to the betterment of
7public service and the advancement of knowledge through educational means; and

Whereas, Mary and Ted Kellner, through donations and hours of dedication to
9various organizations, have improved the state of Wisconsin and the University of
10Wisconsin System by encouraging open communication and sharing of knowledge;

Whereas, Mary and Ted Kellner are proven advocates for Wisconsin's youth and
13for educational advancement through their passion and leadership abilities; now,

1Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That the members of the
2Wisconsin legislature congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Ted Kellner as the recipients of the
3Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service presented by the Smithsonian Institution
