AB839,1,1 An Act relating to: the school day milk program and making an appropriation.

This bill increases funding for the Wisconsin School Day Milk Program by $93,500 in the 2014-15 fiscal year.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB839,1 Section 1. Fiscal changes.

AB839,1,7 (1) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of public instruction under section 20.255 (2) (cp) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2013, the dollar amount is increased by $93,500 for the second fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
