Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill directs each technical college district board to post on its Internet site
the e-mail address of each district board member and the telephone number of the
district board chairperson. The district board must also ensure that the information
is provided orally or by mail to any person who requests.
The bill also requires the state Technical College System Board to post on its
Internet site the information specified above.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
