SB544,1,2 1An Act to affect 2013 Wisconsin Act 20, section 9104 (1) (f) 1g. and 1r.; relating

an addition to the 2013-15 Authorized State Building Program.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill amends the 2013-15 Authorized State Building Program to add one
project for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The project involves the construction
of the John R. Moses Skilled Nursing Facility at the Wisconsin Veterans Home at
King. The project is financed with $52,000,000 in program revenue supported
borrowing and $28,000,000 in general fund supported borrowing.
